No bunny will leave me till atleast 8weeks of age, possibly 10 if they've not gained enough weight. HOUSING-Bunnies need spacious housing & lifestyles, i will need to see pictures of your setup before their collection. If i find your housing inadequate i have the right to refuse/cancel a sale as i will not allow my bunnies to go to tiny hutches/cages. I am here to help advise/discuss housing arrangements should you wish & support you throughout the life of our bunnies. PLEASE Purchase brand new housing due to the highly contagious & deadly vhd2 rabbit diseases. Unless you 100% know where your hutch is coming from & 100% trust who your purchasing from then its just not worth the risk or worst loosing your new furry friend(s). REFUNDS & RESPONSIBILITY-Alot depends on why you wish to get a refund. I only refund if i cannot complete sale to you due to bunnys ill health. I will not refund for inappropriate housing or dishonesty about previous disease's. My bunnies will only leave me fit & healthy, they come with a birth certificate, care pack, pet insurance leaflet & goodey bag of change over food whilst you get settled.  Any illness will need vet evidence to back your claims, so i can collaborate with my pet insurance company. Although I'm very good, i cannot 100% guarantee your bunny(s) sex OR that your bond will work.FINAL PAYMENT & COURIER- I accept Pawel guinea pig transporter or Derek foxcroft couriers (both on fb). I will require your final payment 2days before courier collection or your bunnys leaving date (which ever one comes first). DEPOSITS- Are non-refundable & non-transferable deposits are required to secure your 'Beautiful Bunny'. You will be given limited time to reserve if I'm going through a waiting list, this is (usually 2hrs) before i move on to our next customer. Again, I will refund only, if i cannot complete a sale to you due to bunnys ill health.  VACCINES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY-Please be reminded from collection your bunny is ready to be vaccinated against myxi, vhd1&2 diseases via the 3in1 Nobivac myxo-rhd plus vaccine. Please contact your veterinary surgery for prices as they can all differ. If you have/had any diseases please be upfront & honest, so we can discuss this & plan ahead, withheld information can result in a cancelled sale, loss of deposit or worst death of your new bunny. MY RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE-I have the right to refuse you, as a bunny home if i feel you are not the right candidate. I will not allow bunnys to leave me in cardboard boxes, you will need a suitable pet carrier provided with a towel/puppy pad, hay & drinking bottle with water. REHOMING-Should you need to rehome, please contact me to help find suitable housing, advertise or i will happily take them back, with their accessories, no monies offered.
COLD WINTER MONTHS:  As our Bunnie's enjoy the luxury of heated accommodation, if you wish to purchase a bunny from us during the colder months, you will need to provide temporary indoor accommodation or heated shed/garage. If a bunny was purchased from us & then placed outside in the colder weather, it would simply die of shock! Please understand this is in force for the rabbits wellbeing & part of good breeder/owner responsibility. Thank you Joanne xx
